Q: How to apply for a return and refund?
Answer: Please contact customer service and provide your order number and reason for return. Then, please take some photos of the products you want to return and send them to us via email. Before processing your request, we will check the photos. If there are no quality issues with the product, but you stain or damage it, we may not provide a full refund. A full refund means that we will fully refund the amount received for the order. Please note that this does not include bank or institutional fees after we return the order amount.
